My role goes far beyond encouragement. I provide hands-on comfort support, real-time guidance through each stage of labor, positioning and movement strategies to support progress, partner coaching for confident involvement, and calm help navigating decisions as birth unfolds. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, epidural birth, hospital birth, home birth, or VBAC, I bring skilled, evidence-based support so you are not left guessing what is happening or what to do next.

Postpartum Doula Support (Baby is 0-12 weeks of age)
Daytime Postpartum Doula Support - $45/hour
Postpartum doula support helps your family establish calm, sustainable rhythms in the early weeks with a new baby. I provide skilled, steady care through newborn support, feeding guidance, recovery care, and practical help shaping the daily patterns that help your home feel more peaceful, confident, and well-supported.
Signature Birth Doula Package
This package is recommended for first-time parents:

Thoughtfully designed for first-time parents who want deeper preparation, clearer communication, and added reassurance as they approach birth and the early postpartum transition.
This package includes everything in the Simple Birth Doula Package plus:
- Enrollment for both parents in a live Bringing Baby Home® new parent relationship course from the Gottman Institute taught by our in-house Family Life Educator (a $300+ value). BBH is an Evidence-based education to support maternal mental health, partner connection, and family adjustment.
- An additional virtual prenatal appointment to enable more in-depth discussion of what to expect during labor and postpartum.
- 12 hours of daytime postpartum doula service.
This package is ideal for families who want more personalized guidance and comprehensive support for health family transitions and growth.
Simple Birth Doula Package
This package is a streamlined package focussing on day-of support, ideal for experienced mamas & mamas on a budget:

Foundational, evidence-based birth support designed for families who have previously experienced birth and are seeking calm, continuous care with clear expectations and trusted guidance.
This package includes:
- One in-person prenatal appointment focused on reviewing any prior birth experiences (if applicable), expressing concerns, current birth preferences, and priorities for this labor, recovery, and postpartum.
- Certified birth doula support at your chosen birth setting (home, birth center, or hospital), with reliable back-up doula support, if needed.
- 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks for continuous in-person labor support (with flexibility for earlier arrivals when possible)
- Access to a multi-modality birth support kit, which includes comfort tools such as a TENS unit, aromatherapy, birthing combs, twinkle lights, music, a birthing ball, and laboring position guides, and more.
- Professionally curated pregnancy & postpartum reference/referral list providing local favorites for a variety of services, professionals, and products to support your perinatal health and wellbeing.
- Minimum 45 minutes of immediate postpartum support to assist with comfort, bonding, and the family’s transition following birth.
- One postpartum check-in to support the overall wellbeing of the family and help parents process the early postpartum adjustment.
This package is ideal for families who feel confident navigating the postpartum period independently but value experienced, steady support during labor and birth.
